HEY FLINT, LET’S ACT ON CLIMATE CHANGE TOGETHER
Climate Resilient Flint is a community-led project dedicated to building Flint’s climate resilience from the ground up. Come join us.
Climate resilience begins with a community imagining and building a future where everyone flourishes.
A “climate resilient” community is a community that has anticipated and prepared for hazardous weather.
A climate resilient community explores and learns about its changing environment and weather, and organizes and advocates to invest in schools, infrastructure, homes, green spaces, local buisnesses, and public and environmental health.
A climate resilient community supports its most vulnerable members, is ready to adapt to change, and isn’t afraid to do things differently.

About Climate Resilient Flint
Climate Resilient Flint (CRF) is a coalition of Flint-based organizations and institutions that aim to build climate literacy in our community at the neighborhood scale. Our goal is to work with neighborhoods so that residents are prepared for harsh weather, like heat waves and heavy rains.
CRF partners are Kettering University, the Neighborhood Engagement Hub, Environmental Transformation Movement of Flint, the Genesee Conservation District, and M.A.D.E. Institute.
CRF is funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Environmental Literacy Program.
